Blackrock

Location

The Blackrock Project is well positioned within a highly mineralized metallogenic province of western Nevada and sits within a geologically similar setting to the famous Comstock mining district located 19 kilometres to the northwest.
Overview

The Blackrock Project was acquired for its potential to host bonanza grade underground mineable gold and silver mineralization. The property contains a significant, largely untested, epithermal quartz vein system with a known strike length of 1,000 metres and widths of up to 15 metres. The main vein zone on the property strikes northeasterly and dips steeply to the east. Reported surface sampling on the property has returned anomalous to significant precious metal values along its entire strike length. A March 2008 drill program focused on the southernmost 300 metre segment of the vein and consisted of 12 holes placed along the vein trend to penetrate the steeply dipping structure at multiple levels. Drill results are pending.

Dimension Resources (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of New Dimension Resources Ltd., can earn a 100 percent interest in the property, subject to a sliding scale royalty based on the price of gold, by making cash payments aggregating US$200,000 and issuing 250,000 common shares in the capital of NDR over a five year period.
Work Performed

A March 2008 drill program focused on the southernmost 300 metre segment of the vein system and consisted of 12 holes placed along the vein trend to penetrate the steeply dipping structure at multiple levels. Drill results are pending.

Previous exploration on the vein system includes surface and limited underground sampling, local trenching, geological mapping and two RVC drill holes. Of the two holes, one appeared to stop short of the vein projection and the other did not appear to intersect the main vein due to structural offsets. Both holes did, however, intersect thick intervals of strongly anomalous gold values associated with hanging wall alteration. Surface sampling on the vein by other parties reported anomalous to ore grade gold-silver mineralization along its entire length. Of the 179 samples taken from the vein system by various other companies (excluding a 60 g/t gold high value), the average gold grade is 0.89 g/t gold. Of these samples, 28 exceed 1.00 g/t gold and average 4.44 g/t gold. All the sample data was compiled by the property vendor and sourced from various project reports completed on the Blackrock property.

Work Planned

Drill results are pending from a March 2008 drill program that focused on the southernmost 300 metre segment of the vein system and consisted of 12 holes placed along the vein trend to penetrate the steeply dipping structure at multiple levels. Once assay results are received, the data will be compiled which will form the basis of the next phase of exploration.
Geology

The main vein zone on the property strikes approximately N 35 E and dips steeply to the east. The epithermal system consists of sub-parallel zones of banded quartz veins, stockworks and silicified breccia. The thickness of the vein varies along strike from 4 to 15 meters. Surrounding the vein is a large propylitic alteration halo. Vein textures demonstrate repeated episodes of veining, brecciation and silicification and potential high-grade gold-silver mineralized sections can be predicted to occur at depth.
