| | | Fred G. Hewett, President, C.E.O. & Director
Fred Hewett is a Professional Engineer with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry. He graduated in 1972 from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and has worked his way through many aspects of the mining profession from Mine Geologist, Exploration Manager to Chief Engineer with several major Canadian mining companies. Mr. Hewett joined the Northair Group as Exploration Manager in 1981 and currently holds the position of President, CEO and Director of International Northair Mines Ltd. and New Dimension Resources Ltd. and is Vice-President and Director of Tenajon Resources Corp. He is a fellow of the Geological Association of Canada, a life member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and holds memberships in the Association of Professional Engineers of British Columbia, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia and the Society of Exploration Geologists.

| | | Thomas H. Burkhart, Vice President, Exploration & Director
Tom Burkhart graduated from the University of Nevada in 1979 with a B.Sc. in Geology. Currently based in northern California, he possesses nearly 30 years experience working in the Western U.S. as well as significant exploration and management experience in Canada, Alaska, South and Central America, Mexico and Australia. Prior to joining New Dimension, Mr. Burkhart was Vice President of Pegasus Gold Inc., responsible for world wide exploration programs, which included a two year assignment in Argentina as General Manager. Mr. Burkhart's extensive work history in designing and managing exploration programs, as well as his strengths in generative reconnaissance work and property evaluation makes him a significant member of the New Dimension team.

| | | Donald A. McLeod, Chairman & Director
Mr. McLeod is the founder and Chairman of the Northair Group of Companies. He possesses over 50 years experience in the mining industry and has been employed in a number of capacities within the profession ranging from prospector and miner to foreman, supervisor and resident manager. During his mining career with the Northair Group, Mr. McLeod successfully brought three mines into production. He has a strong mine finance and production background with numerous contacts throughout the industry. Having raised in excess of $200 million for exploration, development and production funding, Mr. McLeod enjoys an excellent rapport with members of the financial community. Although now retired, Mr. McLeod continues to consult; providing his knowledge and wisdom to the Northair Group of Companies.

Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with over 20 years experience in all areas of the exploration and mining industry. Mr. McLeod is presently the President, CEO & Director of Tenajon Resources Corp., Executive Chairman & Director of Sherwood Copper Corp., and Vice-President and Director of International Northair Mines Ltd. Mr. McLeod was a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation and sits as an independent board member of Full Metal Minerals Ltd., and Reunion Gold Corp. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local and National Advisory Boards; President and Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the Yukon.

Richard Godfrey brings a wealth of experience to New Dimension Resources Ltd., having worked his way from mine site controller at the Faro and Sa Dena Hes zinc mines in the Yukon, to corporate controller with Royal Oak Mines, followed by a position as financial adviser to Ma'aden, the Saudi Arabian State Mining Company. In June 2003, he became Vice President Finance and CFO of Breakwater Resources, a multi-mine base metal producer and, subsequent to this, was appointed VP Finance for EuroZinc Mining, prior to the merger with Lundin Mining Corporation.

Ms. Nowak has over 16 years of work experience in the securities legal industry. Prior to joining New Dimension Resources Brenda was a paralegal with DuMoulin Black LLP and held positions with Nexus Venture Capital Lawyers and Aber Diamond Corporation.

| | | Ken Thorsen, Director
Mr. Thorsen is the sole proprietor of Thorsen Consulting Ltd. which provides exploration services to the mining industry and is currently active in acquiring and evaluating gold and coal properties in China for two private companies. He has been involved in exploration across Canada, USA (Nevada, Minnesota, Arizona and Alaska), Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Australia, China, Mongolia and Central Asia. He has had extensive experience in base metal, precious metal (gold, silver, PGE), diamond, uranium and nickel exploration and been involved in several discoveries both at the field and management levels. Mr. Thorsen is a professional Engineer in Ontario and British Columbia and has written several qualifying reports under NI43-101 guidelines.

| | | Stephen J. Kay, Director
Mr. Kay is President, CEO and a Director of International Minerals Corporation, a TSX-listed emerging precious metals producer since 1993 (when the company was known as Ecuadorian Minerals Corporation). He is a geologist with 35 years of gold exploration and development experience in Europe, South Africa, South America and the United States. From 1985 to 1993, he was founder and President of GD Resources Inc., a highly successful smelter of precious metal by-products from U.S. gold mines. From 1983 to 1985, Mr. Kay worked with Amselco Exploration (BP Minerals) where he was involved in the discoveries of the Colosseum and Yellow Aster gold mines, both in California. During his 10 years with Gold Fields Mining Corporation (1973-1983), he was involved in the discovery of the Mesquite gold mine in California in 1981. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Swansea University in Wales, United Kingdom. Mr. Kay is currently Executive Chairman and a director of Ventura Gold Corp. and a director of Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp. (all TSX Venture Exchange listed mineral resource companies). He is also a director of a U.S. listed diamond exploration company, Delta International Mining and Exploration, Inc.

| | | Bruce C. Grant, Director
Mr. Grant is a Partner with Stewart McKelvey, a large, established law firm based in Atlantic Canada. He graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1977 (B.A.) and Queen's University in 1980 (LL.B). He holds memberships in the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, where he serves as Chair of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Conveyancing Act. Mr. Grant was appointed to the Queen's Counsel in 2005.
